The effectiveness of our economy software varies from vehicle to vehicle, as a general rule turbo diesel cars and vans with engines 2.5l or less see the greatest improvements but the gains are much more marginal when it comes to petrol engine vehicles, economy tuning is primarily focused towards business customers and is a pointless exercise for something like a BMW M5, a performance vehicle is never going to be economical as it’s designed for power first and foremost.
